At Feiaxa, we are committed to delivering your fashion favorites as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with trusted courier services to ensure your package arrives on time.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Fridays and Public Holidays). You will receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message to verify your order before dispatch.
2. Delivery Estimates & Rates
- Inside Dhaka Metro: Delivery within 2-3 business days. Flat rate: $2.00 (approx. 60-80 BDT).
- Outside Dhaka (Suburbs & Districts): Delivery within 3-5 business days. Flat rate: $3.00 (approx. 120-150 BDT).
- Free Shipping: Automatically applied on all orders over $50.00.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery nationwide. However, for orders outside Dhaka, we may request a small advance delivery charge (e.g., 100 BDT) via bKash/Nagad to confirm the order, which will be deducted from the final bill.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive a Tracking ID or a Consignment Note Number via SMS or WhatsApp. You can use this to track your package on the courier's website.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a package that looks tampered with or damaged, please do not accept it from the delivery rider. Contact our support team immediately. If you accept a damaged package without checking, Feiaxa cannot be held liable.
