Returns & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all brand tags and price tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the invoice/receipt.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene or clearance reasons:

  • Innerwear, Lingerie, Swimwear, and Socks.
  • Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale".
  • Customized or personalized items.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse:

  • We will send you a WhatsApp message/email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, or via bKash/Nagad/Bank Transfer within 5-7 business days.
  • Note: Delivery charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size. To initiate an exchange, send us a message on WhatsApp with your Order ID and photos of the issue.
